• Our goal is to grow only super premium wine grapes.
• We use a Burgundian model for our high-density, European style spacing, usually 4x4 or 4x meter.
• We achieve less pounds per vine to attain much higher fruit quality, while keeping the yields up per acre. This raison d’être pleases both the grower and the winemaker.
• Even the finest winemakers in the world cannot make superior wine without superior fruit.
